Young Man Earns Recognition

Isaac Ward participated in the 2010 Bible Bowl held at North side Church of Christ in Mayfield, KY and placed 3rd in the K-1st grade age group.  Questions were over the first 20 chapters of Exodus.  Isaac correctly answered 60 out of  the 75 questions.  There were 10 congregations participating in the Bible Bowl.  Isaac is the son of Eddie and Jana Ward.  Congratulations to Isaac Ward!

Gulfport Hurricane Relief Efforts

Thanks to Mike Ernstberger, Jesse Vincent, Bobby Hall, Rex and Margaret Enoch for your work in the Gulfport Hurricane Relief efforts and to all who supported the good work.  Several other congregation in our area  joined with our congregation in donating both money and supplies .    "We are labourers together with God."   (I Cor. 3:9)

Fall Chili Supper and Hayride

Games for the young people, a warm fire for the old people, and a hayride for everyone.  Everyone  had a wonderful time.

 FALL  CLOTHING AND SCHOOL SUPPLY GIVEAWAY

Members collected and sorted clothing and school supplies which was distributed  to over  one hundred families in the community on the Saturday prior to the  first day of  the 2005-06 school year.

YOUNG CAMPERS EARN AWARDS

Alicia Grady and Tristan Enoch came home from West Kentucky Youth Camp with a total of 22 award ribbons which they won either individually or as  a member of their cabin team.  Both campers were nominated for Bible Camper of the week, with Alicia winning the  "Camper of the Week" award.  Alicia and Tristan  reported having a great time at camp.  Alicia is the daughter of Raymond and Leigh Ann Grady.  Tristan is the son of Larry and Teresa Enoch.   Congratulations to Alicia and Tristan!

CONGRATULATIONS to Taylor Grady for winning the Jr. Bible Bowl Championship at Reelfoot Youth Camp.  Forty young people participated in the event.  Taylor is the son of Raymond and Leigh Ann Grady.  We are proud of you, Taylor.
